Most feedback systems collect plenty of data but very little truth. When we started working on Confiscore, the challenges were clear:

• People rarely give honest feedback when they can be identified.
• Traditional surveys are long and tedious, so response rates stay low.
• Results arrive as raw numbers, with no clear guidance on what to improve.
• Organisations need very different formats: 360° reviews, product feedback, individual checks and recruitment.
• Individuals wanted a credible way to show their strengths to employers and clients.

The core challenge for us was:

How do we make honest feedback quick to give, easy to understand, and genuinely useful for improvement?

We designed Confiscore around a simple loop: create a campaign, collect anonymous feedback, and turn it into a confidence score with clear next steps.
