When we started working on Jupion, our client was struggling to run a growing education business with disconnected tools. Several problems stood in the way:

• Adding and managing multiple institutes and franchises from one place was not possible.
• Courses followed a deep, offline-style structure of subjects, units, chapters and sections that generic platforms could not model.
• Faculty spent too much time on scheduling, grading and attendance instead of teaching.
• Students had no single place to attend classes, submit assignments, check grades and access study material.

The real challenge was:

How do we give students a modern learning experience while giving the institution full control over every centre, course and classroom?

We built Jupion to balance student independence with institutional oversight, across web and mobile.

Admins can add and manage multiple institutes from one dashboard, with each institute's profile, batches, students and courses in view.

We designed course management around the way the institution already teaches:

3. Student App and Admin Oversight

Students self-register through the app and manage their academic journey on the go, from updating details to checking grades. Institutes and admins keep control through a web dashboard that tracks student details and performance.

4. Faculty Management

Teachers can be assigned to courses, subjects and class timetables in a few steps, cutting administrative work so educators can focus on teaching.

5. Assignments and Examinations

A built-in assessment engine supports daily, monthly and yearly exams, quizzes and post-class assignments, significantly reducing grading time for faculty.

6. Live Classes and Attendance

Teachers run live classes, upload recorded lectures and attach chapter-wise quizzes, while attendance is tracked automatically for every batch.

7. E-Library

A digital library gives students one place to find lectures and study material, encouraging continuous learning beyond the classroom.
